Returns and Refunds Policy

At Ella Marbella, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We want you to shop with complete confidence, which is why we have designed a simple and transparent return policy to make your experience worry-free.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date. For the return to be accepted, the item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact. Please make sure the product is in the same condition as when you received it.

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team at info@ella-marbella.com, indicating your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the item (if applicable). Once your request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions to return the product.

Once your request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions and a return label so that you can send the product by mail. We will not accept returns sent without prior approval.
It is mandatory that the return is sent with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages, packages delivered to the wrong address, or packages sent without tracking. We recommend keeping the shipping receipt until the return has been received and reviewed by our team.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the carrier and country of origin. Once we receive the item or you provide the shipping receipt, we will proceed with the refund.

Items must be returned within a maximum of 30 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal. You will only be responsible for any loss of value of the product if it is due to use beyond what is necessary to check its condition and characteristics.

When we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days, and the amount will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a little longer to appear in your account.

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind right after making a purchase. That’s why we offer a 5-minute cancellation window from the moment your order is confirmed. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately at info@ella-marbella.com indicating your order number.

Once 5 minutes have passed, the order automatically enters the preparation process and can no longer be canceled. In that case, you can request a return once you have received the item, following the instructions detailed in this policy.

We do not accept returns of items that show signs of use, damage, or modifications after delivery. For hygiene reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return; if applicable, this will be clearly indicated in the product description.
